AVOID AT ALL COSTS. This shabby, seedy, dirty hotel has rude staff who will try to rip you off at every turn, rooms which reek of cigarettes and a nightclub which will keep you awake until 3am. Truly horrible. Under no circumstances book online: you will be locked into a price far above the walk up rate.

I stay in this hotel its a nice place close to everything you need, I would like to thanks to Miss Vivian and Manoj to take care of us while staying, to Manoj thank yo so much we enjoy the food,, this hotel is very food to the people who wants to save.

hotel is 30 years old infrastructure, and so noisy. also they are scamming the guests. unconditionally they charge you double. the hotel reservation team is just scamming nothing more they know. JUSST MONEY!

Everything was almost fine , facilities were in good condition, the room was clean , the only negative things were air-conditioner was not working properly the hotel temperature was not Cool enough, I stayed in the 7th floor and the room temperature was warmer than haul way even, although I traveled Dubai in March which is not summer, we all know that summer in Dubai is very hot and Air-conditioner is One of the most important facility in UAE. The wall was rusty and the paint was peeled off, and there was no safe box in the room, which was important for me . But the rest was good , location in very good it's next to the salehedin metro station. And it's very helpful. Totally I like that hotel , and I may stay in that hotel again in future, The room rate was good and affordable, you can book it through website with lower rate, the difference of rate between online booking and cash payment upon arrival is notable.

1. RUDE DESK SERVICE- i arrived to check in and gave the front desk guy my passport to look up my name and sign me in. He rudely said i dont have a reservation there. I then gave my hot wire reference number and he still said i didnt book a room. I then gave the credit card i booked it through and offered to show my credit card receipt. He said no. He then found my reservation by my phone number. Took 20 minutes! Then check in is at 3:00 but i had to wait to 3:35 2. UPCHARGED ME - i already paid the max for the room. The same guy noticed myy local friend came to visit me and spend time with me for most of my visit. He said i had to pay 200 dirhams more. Really?! 3. COCKROACHES- on the 2nd day i returned to the room at night, i turned on the lights and 2 cockroaches ran on the floor. Day 3, there was a big cockroach on the wall. This is a cockroach invested hotel with a rude guy working the desk. The cleaning staff was nice.
